The Hezhou CDC recently released a guide on transcoding and Management of “red and yellow codes” for people who have recently traveled to and returned from high-risk areas, assigning “red or yellow codes” to health codes. How should the masses deal with the variable code situation?Check out this transcoding guide!According to the deployment of the epidemic prevention and control work in Zhuhai, the health codes of those who have recently traveled to and returned from medium-high risk areas will be assigned “red code” or “yellow code” and classified as health screening objects.People with “red code or yellow code” and those in cohabitation institutions should stay at home immediately and report to their units, residential property and communities (villages) of their residences by phone. Communities (villages) will organize nucleic acid testing.A, what situation will be assigned red, yellow code?(I) Those who come to the counties (districts) in middle and high risk areas (such as Debao County) under the following circumstances will be assigned red/yellow codes: those who come less than 7 days (including after February 3) will be assigned red codes. In such cases, 7-day centralized medical observation +3 nucleic acid tests (days 1, 4 and 7) should be carried out, and 7-day home health monitoring +2 nucleic acid tests (days 2 and 7) should be carried out after the centralized medical observation. After completing 7-day centralized medical observation and 3 nucleic acid tests (days 1, 4 and 7), the patient can be transferred to yellow code to continue home health monitoring. For those who have arrived in China for more than 7 days but less than 14 days (including January 27 to February 3), 7-day home health monitoring +3 nucleic acid tests (days 1, 4 and 7) should be carried out. After the home health monitoring, 7-day self-health monitoring +2 nucleic acid tests (days 2 and 7) should be carried out.Yellow code was assigned to those who did not complete 7-day home health monitoring and 2 nucleic acid tests.(2) The yellow code will be assigned to those who come from other counties (districts) of the cities with middle and high risk areas and have the following conditions: Such persons (including those who arrived after January 27) shall undergo 7-day home health monitoring +2 nucleic acid tests (the first and seventh days) after their arrival as required.Yellow code was assigned to those who did not complete 7-day home health monitoring and 2 nucleic acid tests.Ii. Under what circumstances can yellow code be converted to green code?(1) Those who come to the counties (districts) of medium-high risk areas (such as Debao County) to return the yellow code can be converted to green code if they meet the following conditions: Those who come to return the yellow code less than 7 days (including after February 3) and have completed the 7-day home health monitoring and the nucleic acid test twice is negative during the health monitoring can be converted to green code. Those who have arrived in China for more than 7 days but less than 14 days (including January 27 to February 3) and have completed the 7-day home health monitoring and tested negative for nucleic acid three times during the health monitoring period can be converted to green code.(2) Those who come from other counties (districts) of cities with medium and high risk areas and meet the following conditions can be converted to green code: those who have completed 7-day home health monitoring and have two negative nucleic acid tests during health monitoring can be converted to green code.If the above-mentioned yellow code personnel have completed the 7-day health monitoring but have not completed the corresponding number of nucleic acid tests, they can be changed to green code if they need to make up the corresponding number of nucleic acid tests (each interval is more than 24 hours) and all the results are negative. The above investigation starts from February 10.If you are eligible for transcoding but not transcoding in time, please contact the community (village committee).Source: Hezhou CDC Editor: Lu Jia Review: Yin Pingwei
