the Opinions on The Comprehensive Supervision and Evaluation of The End of term of Principal of Primary, Secondary and Kindergarten Schools (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions) to make special guide and urge principals of compulsory education schools to adopt a scientific outlook on education quality, implement the concept of all-round development, be open to all, teach every student well, lay a foundation for students’ lifelong development, and run every school at people’s doorstep well.The comprehensive supervision and evaluation of the principals of ordinary senior high schools implementation of provincial-level comprehensive supervision and evaluation plan, guide county-level departments to carry out comprehensive supervision and evaluation work of primary, secondary, and kindergarten directors at the end of their term of office, and directly supervise and evaluate kindergarten directors of schools (kindergartens) directly affiliated to prefecture-level cities, and monitor the overall situation of the whole city.4.The county-level education supervision department is responsible for organizing and implementing the comprehensive supervision and evaluation of the end of term of principal of primary, secondary and kindergarten schools (kindergartens) within its jurisdiction.In light of local conditions, we should formulate specific work plans, establish and improve working mechanisms, guarantee conditions, and organize implementation in a standardized manner to ensure tangible results.(2) Standardize the implementation procedure 1.Determine the assumptions should be avoided.3.Strict discipline requirements.The comprehensive supervision and evaluation of heads of primary, secondary, and kindergarten schools at the end of their term shall strictly abide by the requirements of party conduct and integrity, and shall not seek any personal interests by taking advantage of the supervision and evaluation.
