Share interest, spread happiness, increase knowledge, leave good!Dear, this is LearningYard School.Today xiaobian to the paper “small and medium-sized enterprises supply chain risk early warning research” as an example, to bring you “master’s thesis summary appreciation”, let’s see!It is suggested to refer to the original literature while browsing to get the best reading experience. With the rapid development of market economy, the position of small and medium-sized enterprises in economic construction has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. According to statistics, as of December 31, 2016, there are 787 listed companies of small and medium-sized enterprises, covering 13 industries, distributed in 31 provinces and autonomous regions, and a few enterprises have even developed into industry leaders. But limited by its own ability and external resource, small and medium-sized enterprises of the products in the market do not have the cost advantage, low voice and anti-risk ability is poor, plus the change of political and economic policies, the complex and changeful market environment and production process of various risk factors such as frequent events, also hindered the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises. As a food producer in China, the food companies have broader, quantity is more, and more for small and medium enterprises, food enterprise risk events is often happen, such as, “a god of death spicy dry tofu” event, the European Union “poison eggs”, “three squirrel pistachios mold overweight” events, “ink” vermicelli, “shuanghui lean lean fine” event, etc.,To China’s food enterprise supply chain caused unprecedented impact, therefore, small and medium-sized food enterprise supply chain (referred to as, small and medium-sized food enterprise supply chain) risk early warning management has gradually been the attention of academia and industry.Existing sme supply chain risk management literature shows that the status of SME supply chain management is very weak.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the feasibility, strategy and remedial measures of supply chain risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, quantitative research on pre-prevention of supply chain risk of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of risk warning is limited.Based on the theory of supply chain management, risk management theory and the theory of early warning management, is an object with food, small and medium enterprises supply chain, analyzes the important risk factors of small and medium-sized food enterprises of supply chain risk, characteristics and related supply chain risk early warning indicators, constructs the risk early warning model, and combining with the practical example research, obtained the following results:(1) combing the existing supply chain risk management related literature, combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and combining the current situation of the current food supply chain, induce covering food, small and medium enterprises internal and external risk factors of early warning index system of supply chain, including 10 level of risk early warning indicators, 25 secondary risk early warning indicators.(2) The rough sets-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build an early warning model of external environmental risks in the supply chain of small and medium-sized food enterprises, in which the weight of external risk factors of the supply chain is determined by using the rough set theory, and the external risks of the supply chain of small and medium-sized food enterprises are evaluated quantitatively.(3) BP neural network method was used to build an early warning model of internal environmental risks in the supply chain of small and medium-sized food enterprises, and MATLAB was used to conduct simulation training on the original data of sample enterprises.Through the study of internal supply chain risk early warning, enterprises can predict the risks in the process of supply chain operation in advance, timely alarm, in order to take scientific and effective measures for risk prevention. Finally, combined with the operation of a company’s supply chain risk early warning example analysis. The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for smes to avoid supply chain risk effectively.Key words: sme supply chain;Risk warning;Food supply chain;Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; When writing a paper abstract, we need to pay attention to its five elements, which are problem statement, purpose, method, result and conclusion.Problem description refers to describing the problem that the article is trying to solve and explaining the importance of the problem.Purpose refers to the scope, purpose, importance and prerequisite of the research around the problem to be solved, which is more specific than the description of the problem. In the method introduction, it is necessary to briefly describe the work flow of the subject, what is the main content of the article research, and what work has been done in this process. If the method is self-built, state in the abstract what approach this article proposes. Results are the important findings, results, and values that result from the presentation of the research.Multiple results can appear in a paper, and only the results that have been generalized and lead to important conclusions need to be presented in the abstract. Conclusion is not the same as the result. It refers to a proven and correct point of view from research on a subject, and states in the conclusion the value of the subject to reality. In the original text, the abstract first introduces the background of the research, explains the importance of this research, and presents the problem description and purpose. Then the method and operation steps are introduced in detail. Finally, the practical significance of this research is illustrated at the end.The results and conclusions are not presented, because this paper is a risk warning model, which needs to be combined with actual case analysis.(2) Writing matters needing attention in writing the abstract, need to pay attention to the following: (1) avoid the content and the introduction and conclusion of part of the same.② In stating the conclusion, we should not exaggerate it and seek truth from facts.(3) The order of the five elements can not be misplaced, and the part of low importance can be appropriately omitted.④ The length of the abstract should not be too long, nor too short. 200-300 words is the most appropriate.(5) Charts and formulas should not appear in the abstract, and other literatures should not be cited. With the rapid development of the market economy, the status of SMEs in economic development has increasingly attracted wide attention from all walks of life. According to statistics, as of December 31, 2016, 787 listed SMEs have covered 137 companies. The industry is distributed in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and a few companies have even developed into industry leaders. However, Due to limitations of its own capabilities and external resources, SMEs’ products do not have the cost advantage, low discourse power, and risk-resisting ability in the market, coupled with the changes in political and economic policies and the complicated and changing market environment. As well as the frequent occurrence of various risk events in the production process, it has also become a major obstacle to the further development of SMEs. China, as a big food producing country, has a wide range of food companies and a large number of them. Most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, there are frequent occurrences of risk incidents by food companies, such as the “death and death” incident and the European Union “poison egg” controversy. The “three squirrel pistachio mold exceeded” incident, “ink” vermicelli, “Shuanghui lean meat” incident, etc., have caused unprecedented impact on the supply chain of China’s small and medium food companies. Therefore, the supply chain risk early warning management of small and medium food companies Gradually, relevant scholars and companies have also paid attention to it. This article, based on a review of a large number of domestic and foreign research literature on SME supply chain risk management, analyzes in depth the important risk factors and characteristics of supply chain risk in small and medium-sized food companies, and the related supply chain risk early warning measures for survival in the cracks. Small and medium food companies provide practical advice on supply chain risk prevention. This is the end of sharing this issue, if you have a unique idea for today’s article, feel free to leave a message to us, let’s meet tomorrow, WISH you a happy and happy today! This article is originally written by LearningYard academy and only represents the author’s personal views.
